Autonomy is true freedom. You’re here because your soul knows this. You value your autonomy—both spiritual and material. You have not lost nor denied the part of yourself that chose to come into this life. You know that your soul exists beyond the narratives and conditions placed onto you by dominant society and its oppressive systems.
Autonomists also know that healing is prefigurative because healing happens in relationships—in the Here and Now. Healing is not something that happens in the so-called “future” because you experience that the future is the present. Healing, or the practice of moving energy, is ever-present—even when you perceive stillness.
What if there is more to life beyond surviving capitalism? What if your dreams and desires moved beyond simply being dreams and desires? What in your life would change if you embodied a felt sense of deserving, worthiness, and belonging? What if you do enough and there isn’t anything more you need to do? What if you are enough and there isn’t anything to fix? What would change if you could finally be seen, known, loved—to finally feel secure in your identity, your relationships, and in your place in the web of life? What if your self-compassion is the well of medicine inside of you?
True rest, softness, pleasure, and joy always await you. They come to you in the most surprising moments; in the most contractive times. They come to you no matter the conditions. What if freedom were closer than you think?
Even in the ruptures and ruins, there is possibility—because your soul doesn’t know what impossibility is.

Autonomy-Centered Guidance is a term I coined in 2022 to describe my style of Liberatory Coaching, highlighting autonomy—to uplift choice and agency—as a value and practice.
